Hard to pick just one, but this moment between Clark and Diana at the end of Kingdom Come always gets me.
It has a very cool shiny slipcase with graphics featuring different members of the team, a cool printout of the scene selections, and a “Limited Edition X-men CD-ROM”! I’m sure the DVD and CD-ROM would have seen action in the disc tray of my Gateway computer of the day!

This isn’t THE first (that would be American Beauty at the checkout at Albertson’s), but one of the first DVDs I ever bought. I picked this baby up during Thanksgiving break 2000 at a Suncoast Motion Picture store at a mall in Palm Desert, CA. The OG X-men!
