Honestly though, stupid bloody retro Britpop bands topping the end of year charts. Like a Chris Barber album topping the NME poll in 1977. Give me music, no not just music, give me spirit that sounds and smells like this.

It's funny, but in 2005 I heard Aerial and thought there needs to be a mash up of How To Be Invisible and John Cale's Gun. It's only taken 20 yrs for a whim to become tangible. #betweenthoughtandexpression
