As a mostly biracial penguin Government, we know a thing about targeted police raids. We recommend buying P25 capable scanners to pick up trunked/digitized police comms. ICE operates in 162-174 MHz range and utilizes less encrypted freqs when coordinating with other agencies. Uniden SDS100 is 💯
