It floors me that everyone seems to find "eat less meat" absolutely inconceivable. 🙄

If everyone just did meatless Monday every week, it would make a huge dent. But God forbid we all not eat a slab of animal every meal.

Because most people do not have a huge freezer just for half a cow. It also has nothing to do with the damage to climate and the environment that beef farming is doing. Milk production is probably also going to have to be greatly reduced.

There are huge issues with that, as well. Not the least, over fishing, which has been an issue for years already.

I'd say you probably should have, but then we wouldn't get new books from you.
