How sad it is to have your entire ideology, your one shot at consciousness on this earth, wasted on empty ideas such as race and gender.

You were once a child with dreams and wonder, how terrible to buy into hate patterns sold by serpents. If such a thing as sin exists--it's doing this to yourself.

Finally, DSA working groups do a lot more than reformism.

Critics of the politicians often seem unfamiliar with the real work of their local organizers — tenant unions, mutual aid, distro, PolEd, etc.

Anything a genuine socialist would suggest is likely being put into practice by their local DSA.

While the national DSA is often characterized as socdem it’s worth noting that socdems are basically as far as it could be hoped to go in reform.

Marxist caucuses are gaining influence in the DSA NPC. Working class parties require members, DSA despite it all is 80k strong and increasingly Marxist.

To elaborate, this isn’t to say reformism is good, but things are changing.

If we could legally elect socialists with current conditions what dual power could be built without the democrats riding on our back?

Seems a true working class party has been proven possible, it only needs us to build it.

On another note, the books they’re trying to mock is just a good reading list.

Highly recommend Mark Bray’s book even if it’s a bit outdated in the 2020s, still good history and practical understanding.
