A stranger came to breakfast this morning. I usually just have the normal run of pigeons, magpies, blackbirds etc in the garden. I've no idea what this fella/lady is.🌱

The bubblegum chillies are well on their way now. A Trinidad Moruga scorpion-7 pot pepper hybrid, they come in at @850,000-1,000,000 Scoville units, (Scotch bonnets are @250,000 SUs). I made a Thai pad krapao dish with two little-nail sized pods - Wow! 🥵🌶️🌱🍽️

Seafood paella based on an Ainsley Harriet recipe. Finally found a reason to use some of the saffron I got for Father's Day and what a difference it made. Now on the lookout for more saffron themed recipes. 👍 🍽️ #cooking
