I think I'm okay, although I didn't sleep well. It was after I gave a talk, and he came over and just yelled at me. Luckily, everyone was really supportive and got him to leave. But it was really unnerving.

This is 100% the issue. MP is vibes driven - does this coach make me feel good about myself? Then results are secondary. It's no way to run any organization, let alone a team.
