Waiting to get my club back #rctid, hugging trees, loving my cats and dog, hating fascism, racism, misogyny, and neo-nazi scum. Nature created us with the ability to see green because She wanted us to care for plants and trees like no other creature can.
Szobo deserved better than this.

I think, instead of having athletes in mascot costumes, you should have professional mascot teams from each country play in a round robin hockey tournament.

And you could have incredible tryouts in each state to get to the national tryouts for the Olympic team.

Winter Olympics means watching Miracle. It's a must.

And it reminds me of how my uncle couldn't watch it live, so he recorded it while he was out. He walked in the door, very excited to watch having preserved ignorance, and my grandma said without fanfare, "USA won." A savage spoiler.

Wuthering Heights is not an epic romance. It is the story of two really shitty people being shitty. I do not understand the obsession with it.

Universal basic income NOW. If we can afford to misplace 100k, we can find a way to make it happen.

We currently have a friend staying with us who is desperately trying to find affordable housing, and this is a fucking outrage. And the reason he moved in was because he was in danger of being evicted. HE IS WHO THIS MONEY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING TO.
The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is sitting on $106 million in unspent funds, far more than was previously reported. City Administrator Raymond Lee outlined the funding in a memo Friday afternoon.
Update: Portland Housing Bureau's Unspent Funds Reach $106 Million
News of the unspent money comes two months after city councilors learned the city's Rental Services Office amassed $21 million in revenue, which went unreported for months.

Finally biting the bullet and sending Haku to an obedience kennel soon. After talking with the place, it's clear that Haku is like a lot of German Shepherds and Ustinov is truly The Bestest Boy™️Undefeated™️. One day to potty train. Never acknowledges dogs or people on our walks. Perfect from day 1.

This instantly brought tears to my eyes. We are torturing these people.
This is Maria, a 6-year-old detained by ICE last year.

She began to unravel soon after arriving at a detention center in Texas, wetting the bed after years without accidents, crying through the night and begging to breastfeed again.

Most of all, she wanted to be reunited with her cat, Milo. 1/

Bigger stadiums, more fans and more attention are good for women’s football in England - aren’t they?

As @charpur.bsky.social reports, the women’s game faces “heightened risks” in terms of player safety.

The landscapers used by my neighbors have not switched to battery-powered leaf blowers, but if I reported them, I'm clearly the person reporting.

I think it's I and the elderly hoarders who don't use landscapers in this neighborhood.
