I’m from rural NC and most ER stories from the folks I grew up with involve an ATV, and pretty much all of them got new ATVs after they got their jaw unwired or whatever.

You can still couch those examples in the fact that kids aren’t a “one size fits all” situation and children are often wildly different from each other. Sometimes to find someone who shares your experience you need human advice outside of your circle.
