A5 #LTHEchat harness the energy of capstone projects across institutions. Matched projects can allow cross validation or build up data sets from diverse locations, within UK and internationally

It is my advice to anyone in academia - to me it no longer/never has makes sense especially if you want collaboration. Hence, my magpie research record :-) scholar.google.com/citations?us...

A4 #LTHEchat provide time to design and refine; ensure risk is with the institution not the student so innovations can be developed with ambition and experimentation

A5 Well my research is SoTL so getting students to help design and execute projects. Perhaps my favourite one is immunologywars.com which helps decontextualise immunology teaching via the characters of Star Wars #LTHEchat

A3. Visibility often is underestimated. If students really feel celebrated, acknowledged and valued in their contributions and roles, it will empower others to join in and bring their own identities. Very little representations of students with #disabilities. #LTHEchat

A3 #LTHEchat Develop co-creation as a rolling project with well publicised routes to participate. Offer opportunities at various times of day/week/year and ensure students are compensated for expenses

This seems the (important) flip side to recognising that co-creating isn't for all students: it's important that students who participate don't become a clique. Though true of a whole bunch of things for which students can put themselves forwards eg open day ambassadors or student reps #LTHEchat
