In a piece by @scottsmcintosh.bsky.social, Idaho became the 41st state to establish a "shield law." Shield laws protect journalists from being subpoenaed during a criminal or civil case, protecting sources and unpublished information. This law protect traditional news gathering. #JMC602

If you are calling for a president to ignore a Supreme Court ruling, you are against the Constitution. And you can have that opinion, of course, but you should be honest about what you're saying. If presidents can ignore SCOTUS, the Constitution is done and we have a king.

As a father myself, it’s hard not to empathize with Logan. There is perhaps no worse feeling than helplessness when your child is sick. On top of that came the frustration of being at the mercy of an insurance company that seemed to be deaf to their plight.
