So, this is both amusing & scary at a time like this. @brandendurst unblocked me to post this & then immediately blocked me again, as a coward would do. It’s funny because I guess I live rent-free in his head. But it’s also absurd & reckless at this time of political violence.

Political violence is being normalized in America and that should be terrifying to everyone, regardless of political views. The Charlie Kirk shooting is just the latest in a string of escalating attacks.

This is important. By leaving, NPR gave us an organic experiment in Twitter’s utility for news orgs and it turns out it’s pretty useless.
