I don't know about all ages and genders but NCis about 20% cheaper than FL for me. I check both each year because I can justify buying based in either state

The ones I know think Musk is doing exactly what has needed to be done for a long time, and that dismantling DEI (which they think means affirmative action) is great.

Our pastor quoted a portion of the sermon that wasn't largely shared on Social. She did it in a beautiful way that did not stir the cultural controversy or demonize anyone. She added a challenge to resist resentment of the "other". Our church is 'purple', probably split pretty evenly.
