A little beauty amidst the chaos

The algorithms pushed me towards a cheap press board and laminate table. I pushed back. This slice of Oak is from a tree that we had to take down at the cabin. I let it dry, then sanded it and used some left over epoxy from a prior project. Add the hairpin legs and voila!

Such a beautiful view to come home to this afternoon!

At least according to the National Park Service I am a Senior now!
