First football match of the season. New ground. Almost a top of the table clash. A few adult beverages and a laugh with friends. Even got the wife to pick me up from the station later. Top day lines up.

Rather sketchy Parkrun this morning. Slippery with a fair amount of frost on the paths. Hopefully everyone got around safely. I had a pretty good time considering the conditions.

Lovely morning for a #Parkrun. Cold and dry. Not foggy enough to be any hindrance. Managed to get my first one under 24 minutes. PBtastic. So many PBs at my event today so lots like me who thrive in colder weather.

Finally got to do Prestatyn Parkrun. Been cancelled when trying before on previous visit. New Nova Prestatyn Parkrun PB, best overall position in any Parkrun (not that it's a nice) and for the first time ever fastest in my age group. Wind meant I couldn't match last week's time but still delighted.

About to do something for the first time. Leave one job to go to another. It's causing many different feelings. Amongst them are anxiety, nervousness, excitement and guilt. Mainly guilt for leaving my work and friends. Wasn't expecting it to be so hard.
