Following the keynote "we have listened" speech..presumably there will be focus on rapid, strategic investment in CORE General Practice to arrest the threats posed by years of historic under investment and recent NIC rises that deputy FM suggests GP teams need to absorb....

I understand a third ambulance trust has just moved to REAP 4 - the highest level of escalation. It has been a very tough few days out there.
