What we are seeing today is not new. We have seen this happen before.
Immigrants, asylum seekers, minorities, trans people are being scapegoated, targeted and attacked daily in the UK.
The UK has returned to the days of 1948, 1972, 1981 and 2005.

What we are seeing today is not new. We have seen this happen before.

This is absolutely horrific. Stonewall do incredibly important work for all LGBTQ+ people. They are currently pushing for LGBTQ+ people safety, ban on conversion practices and IVF For All. What exactly do the @scottories.bsky.social disagree with in that?

Keir Starmer is completely wrong on this. Building bridges is all well & good, of course we all want peace in Europe.
However, offering a State Visit with all the pomp, ceremony and expense that goes with it is not the correct thing to do when Trump is currently working against peace & for Russia.
