It's a bit of sarcasm being used by Raskin. But the point he's trying to make imo is that Dems can't just turn everyone away that has opposed them. She's a terrible person but he is leveraging a few of her current attacks on Rs/Trump. These are helpful and you can't turn your back on these opps.
