TENs. If there isn’t a collective plan to convert all of that steam heating from Centrio into an electrified shared solution (i.e., ambient water loop), the SCL grid is going to groan. BEPS will drive buildings in the right direction but needs infrastructure support.

Absolutely. Feels like when you have an older boss who everyone thinks should have retired already and the team keeps creating little projects for him so he won’t bother them while they do their actual work. Here the actual work is fascism, but clearly trying to keep him busy.

Does anyone have a copy of the CRGA that passed? Everything keeps linking to what I assume is regular session SB25, which dealt with defining cold spas. An impactful piece of legislation, I’m sure, but now what I want to read!
