I'm a fan of Essie and Sally Hanson's quick dry polishes. OPI has quick dry options now too, I find in general they hold up a little better than regular polishes

I wear polish all the time with no top coat under nitrile gloves all day and I haven't noticed an issue 💅🏻

I've had that same issue, treating my underlying chronic post nasal drip really helped with the headaches. Maybe try a Claritin before bed?

I was also super picky as a kid. I had a texture thing, my mom would blend her red sauce smooth for me cause I didn't like chunks of tomato or onion. I'm so happy I've expanded my tastes over the years for sure. I'd have never thought that by 28 I'd be eating vegetarian most of the time

Lore drop: if I had to pick one thing I'm best at, it'd be cooking. I grew up helping my mom cook dinner, I have fond memories of playing videogames with my older brother and being called upstairs to taste a sauce and adjust seasoning. I do mostly Mediterranean stuff but I like branching out too!
