Tottenham. Celtic. Steelers. Dad of 2 boys.
Is the Tottenham job now just like being a Tesco store manager? You can say all you like about being there for the customer etc. but ultimately you’re there to make Tesco more money. You can win all the awards for best customer service but if you risk the profit, you’re out.

I don’t know what Levy Out actually means in reality but the very least I expect is this at every game……

Sooooooo……
Remember when Man Utd finished 13th, lost 16 times, had a negative goal difference, won the FA Cup and sacked Alex Ferguson in 1990? Imagine if they had stuck with him……..

Remember folks, I heard on the podcasts that Ange wasn’t the project so sack him, the project is the project, so this will all be seamless….I feel like Will Smith must appear and flash something in front of people every 2 years!

What is everyone got pencilled in for October 2026? I’m just going to draft some hot takes like ‘give the man a chance FFS, we can’t keep changing managers every other season’ or the soon to be classic ‘should have stuck with Ange’.

I’ll be honest, the unity in the fan base this would bring, is the only thing that could cheer me up…..or Levy catching his cock in his zip.
Maybe how they’ll tease the announcement…

Someone sent me this from the other place.

The new manager is now perfectly set up to ‘fail’. The expectation will be to be close to winning trophies and a high league finish. If not, the usual voices will start up again. I’ve no idea if Frank would be any good but would the other members of the supposed Big 6 hire him to bring success??

I’m genuinely confused. Why do Tottenham have to communicate one way or the other?Surely it is just ‘other’ i.e. thanks and goodbye. If they had said finish 17th and win the Europa League and your job might be at risk, communicate something.Otherwise this is all media (social especially) driven, no?

A Military Cross awarded to a Scottish footballer for his heroics on the battlefields of the First World War has fetched £1900 at auction and was bought by his former club Tottenham Hotspur. The medal awarded to Captain James Ross, from Bonnyrigg in Midlothian, was bought by Spurs, the London club he went on to play for after the war.

Is the target for a new manager to finish 5th in the 1st season and win a European cup in the 2nd? I have a sneaky feeling we will have Change for Tottenham levels of delusion when telling me why things are better. A change MIGHT be better. Just don’t tell me it WILL be because Ange isn’t the man.

This isn’t an Ange In/out post but I’m reading a lot again about how Ange’s style can’t cope with multiple competitions. Does our general league record over the last number of years, with good teams and no trophies won, not suggest we have managed our lack of squad depth by prioritising the league?

If we move on from Ange, what are we thinking the most pathetic, season long, question he will have to deal with from Talksport Moose? Will it be danish bacon pun related?

Not long left for Inzaghi’s plan B to come into effect..
May 31, 2025 at 8:32 PM
What is the expectation of a new manager? Win a trophy? Only if the league position is good enough? Finish 2/3/4th? Only if we win a trophy? Whatever the reason/excuse, how far down the table is acceptable with a trophy? All rhetorical because it doesn’t matter. He won’t meet ‘expectations’.

Who’s going to be first to say ‘sack him before the final, it’s our only chance’?

I don’t remember Stoke getting this much credit.

This 11 is probably better than the 11 we had for about 3 months.

Imagine the stories/posts already written about Ange being sacked tomorrow. To the fans, your football team won. Maybe celebrate it, enjoy it. Or just tell us all it only delays the inevitable and find a way to not enjoy it. COYS.

I get that any new manager will be better that Ange, that appears to be a given but who is to blame for us being more shit than good in my life? I hope he leaves so I can get on with defending the new manager when he ‘isn’t good enough’.

I feel I’m learning a lot about tactics listening to Ally and Rio.
April 9, 2025 at 8:19 PM
Since beating Arsenal to 4th under Conte, we’re 100% sure the problem is the managers??? Or could it be something else? It’s a mystery. One that can only be solved by sacking another manager I think.

There a loads of fans in England who support teams who regularly lose 20+ games a season and still get behind their teams.

Here’s a random question. I can’t be alone in never having booed any of our managers or players. Am I alone?I include people like Graham. I don’t think I’ve booed at half or full time either. A resigned sigh and a quiet oh well are my sad contribution! Maybe I’m why we don’t have a winning culture 😂
