A huge thanks to my pal Clare who organised a trip to The Fudge Kitchen in Edinburgh for a fudge making workshop. Cat and Will were great at getting us involved in the process and making it fun. Highly recommended (and huge goodie box to take away at the end!)

I am scrolling through lots of profiles looking for Scottish ones to follow and one thing hit me - the huge openness & diversity of profile descriptions out there. Let’s hope this remains a tolerant and welcoming space and people can scroll by ones they don’t agree with.
