Alaska 2025 weather and climate high and low lights. Way too many to fit on one graphic; of course the severe and long lasting impacts from ex-typhoon Halong leads the list. I estimate that since Monday afternoon we’ve had another 8 inches here (when I go out to shovel I’ll check the depth) by the number of steps covered)

at 16 degrees F 3 pm Dec 23 2025 near Juneau blew bubble solution gently onto snow and watched the bubbles freeze (surface thickened, bubble clouded and shrank). #experiment #observational_learning #myalaskawx #cold
