This is old but the still close. Most of our local emissions comes from natural gas in buildings and cars. Thanks to hydro our electricity is fairly cleaner and we have legal mandates to reduce emissions there. Electrification of buildings in cars is how we lower local emissions.

Just going to drop today’s latest headline. “Scholars say” is doing a lot of work there. 🙄
