Our pleasure 😊 we enjoyed seeing these 3 again as well, alongside the penguin on the can too. Re-wrapped them up for next time 😊. Hoping to save up enough by your next sale to buy the companion pieces 😊👍🖼️🎨

@davidbrace2.bsky.social we still aren’t in a position to hang up the art, but we did take it out of storage to look at, admired it & now covered it back up to protect it until next time 😊 we absolutely love the work! Thank you 😊 we will keep an eye out for the other backyard apocalypse series ☺️

Worth going to support FrancoFest in Gage Park, in Hamilton, Ontario this weekend. Great music 🪗, wonderful local based entertainment, & delicious food 😊 Free entry 😎

@davidbrace2.bsky.social both pieces of art 🎨 survived the walk home in the rain! 😊 thank you again for great conversation & great art! I’m going to keep them in plastic until I can get them framed. Weirdly, the green tinge suits the 🌲🖼☺️. Looking forward to when I can actually hang them on a wall 😊

They shouldn’t be selling this in the first place (No Frills, Main Street East, Hamilton), but someone might buy it at 50 % off and eat some of the fruit that is okay. Removing the 50 % off option is not a good move for many of the locals here 😔

As close to a diagonal as I can manage, staying on the safer streets and trying to avoid the blocks with the massive pit-bull like dogs ☺️

I know it’s early days, but I’m quite impressed with Hamilton’s recycling program so far(& the size of the boxes!) It’s far easier 2 teach about resource usage, human impact on the 🌎🌍🌏, recycling, and reduce/reuse/recycle when I can actually practice what I preach. Well done, Hamilton 😊👍 thanks!

The squashed banana was close by to the crushed crush can. I saw a crushed Reese’s chocolate box next, called the triple find “a balanced diet” in my head and continued running. Didn’t get a photo of the Reese’s box; too cold to take gloves off and take phone out again 🥶

@davidbrace2.bsky.social I’ve clearly been looking at your art for too long…did a double take twice on my run today to stop, look at the stuff and take a picture 😂. It was too cold to do it, but had to be done ☺️

Spoilers! 😂 I’ve only just reached the chapter on The Test. Looking forward to seeing what happens next, even though I know the ending…if the physics holds true from my perspective as an observer ☺️🔭☀️🌑

Highly insightful visit to the #Canadian #Museum of #History. Much more still to learn, & the #free entry on Thursday evenings is going to help with that aim!😊 saw this plaster cast, & was impressed by the detail of it as well as the fitting together of the different elements 💕

Went to see The #Steadies at #Live on #Elgin in #Ottawa last night. An incredible evening of #LiveMusic supporting a 🇨🇦band. They came all the way from #Saskatoon! Amazing #music, real rocking out vibes 💕🤘Frontman is Earl Pereira🎤, formerly of #WideMouthMason; Kurtis Schultz 🥁, & Chris Valleau 🎸

‘Share the road’ road sign which is bent out of shape. Because of strong winds? Or a collision? Then #cyclists share the path with #pedestrians, but the reverse side says no cycling 🤨. I’ve never seen so many signs within a short stretch in London, UK. #Ottawa is interesting in that sense 🤔

I see the distinction! Noted 😊. I’ll be sure to watch my choice of words when we visit your studio next month🤞!☺️Here’s one I saw last week for an unofficial Banksy exhibition: (this image is from Google, as I only took a photo with my actual camera, not phone camera)😊 this quote really resonated.

Reading through the literature that I picked up at the National Maritime #Museum last week. 1st pg: did not get a single question correct. We did a few lessons on #slavery in history class, but not enough😥. Keep the humanities as a compulsory component of high school education! #BlackHistory #THEMAS

Final one: Still We Rise 🥹🥹unbelievably uplifting & filling one with hope for the future 💕💕 I hope this atrocity never happens again. Keep working for progress & for the maintenance of it for all future generations🍀🫶#BlackArt #BlackHistory

Coming towards the end of the installation, each one just as mesmerising & eliciting a whole range of emotions #BlackArt #BlackHistory

This one brought me to tears. Such an incredibly powerful image & what a message to the colonial buildings where the event took place. The image of the enslaved people in the ship propping up the wealth…I have no words to describe the anger I feel for what happened. #BlackArt #BlackHistory #BLM

There was an #art installation, working on different themes on #BlackHistory and #BlackArt. Some of the most thought-provoking & powerful work I have seen on the subject. There were many that I loved seeing, but sharing a few here that really hit a chord 😔😥
