Trump sta costruendo una forma di autoritarismo competitivo, in cui vi sono elezioni ma la competizione è impari, perché il governo abusa in modo così pervasivo del proprio potere che le regole del gioco e gli arbitri non sono più imparziali e le libertà civili e politiche non sono garantite.

They just voted for Patel at FBI.

I'm starting to think this kind of declarations are just a deception to keep everyone as quiet as possible while they consolidate power before going all in with Putin, Xi and Kim.

We are not unmoored.

We are just acknowleging that Trump is making USA a new Russia, consolidating power for himself and his family, to rule forever, like the very Kim Yon-un he so admire.

And that for all Republicans, and a good portion of Democrats, this is just ok.

One single phone call, to be precise.
