Nice paper, saw this one a while back. I’d always assumed these 99% accuracy PPI papers must result from data leakage (too good to be true), but never actually dug into them to figure out what was going on. Thanks for doing the work to figure this out 😃

that's just how the Nobel prize works (they have to award to individuals not groups) but...still.

2) AF2, while very useful, is still nonetheless black-box, and we don't (if we're being honest) understand why this particular architecture works or what the model has...2/
