She's a VERY good baby but she does like to announce to the neighborhood that there's a nervous two year old out on the trails.

Whole lot of people were telling us feds that the RIF reversal in the CR was meaningless because Vought wouldn't comply don't seem to have acting to say about the memo that went out this morning from OPM
Additionally, Section 120(e) of the Continuing Appropriations Act of 2026 requires any agencies that issued Reduction in Force (RIF) notices between October 1, 2025 and November 12, 2025 to issue notices to rescind the RIF notices within 5 days. Agencies should issue those notices and confirm to OPM the rescissions have been issued at employ@opm.gov. OPM will provide additional guidance separately.

Realized I have not yet introduced bsky to The Bitch yet, despite leasing her for a little bit now. She's a big mare who throws fits to hide the fact that she's a giant scaredy cat, but we are working on that with lots and lots of solo adventure trail rides.

Further, the projects are often of local, rather than national, significance. The Budget would continue funding projects in partnership with HHCLs, which have a unique history NPS Construction The Biden Administration wasted 1 Federal Federal funding on construction projects at sites that are more appropriately managed at the local level.
