A comet goldfish. Mostly orangey-red with some white markings. He has a very elaborate tail. His size is not clear, but he is 6 inches, nose to tail, but only about 3.5 inches if you only include his body. And I love him.

I make little attempt to be a vegie gardener these days, for many reasons which I might actually write down at some point. But I do love my orange tree. And I'm trying blueberries now too. I'm in Melbourne/Naarm.
Garden with lots of foliage. Mostly small trees and rather a lot of jasmine (now removed). Quite a few buckets and random things on the ground, which is concrete. In the foreground to the right you can see some still very oranges. Midway along, nasturtiums. Further back - random foliage.

My lad was an intact adult when he landed at a shelter. He got fixed, came home with me, and didn't like touch. I read because of the testosterone still in his system. And possibly fear of humans. He still looks very blokey (I think) but he's an absolute cuddle bunny. And huge.

Also I didn't want to hijack someone else's bloot about their beautiful tortie cat, so here's a picture of my dear old gel, Tiger. A half starved little thing that wandered onto my verandah one day, and was with me for about 18 years through thick and thin.

I'm so sorry. I have fibro and ME/CFS plus bonus other goodies. Last week it all flared up, but there's no trigger. It just did and I hate it.

But please enjoy this cat of mine snacking on his salad greens. I grow pots of catgrass which I rotate through the house every few days.

4th page of Fanny Tribbles' comic about overalls/jumpsuits. 6 panels. The woman is now dressed again, save for coat and scarf. She leaves the loo and heads to her friend who is sitting at a table with a drink. The friend says "You were a long time!". In the next panel the friend says "nice jump suit!" but our heroine responds with a derisive "huh!" Friends asks: "want a drink?" Our heroine says "NO I DO NOT!" Last panel is heroine looking pissed off and friend looking shocked.
