Yeah, the acrylic paint dries pretty quickly and evenly. I like to let the color dry thoroughly overnight then seal them with a glossy varnish to protect both the paint job and the cross stitch project from nicks and scrapes. The few I've don't this way have held up nicely

Absolutely! Not only does popping the dried paint out work like a charm, but I get to have a whimsical ghosty palette!

It reminds me of bargello needlework and I'm absolutely here for it

For what it's worth, you're already ready for TdF. The main goal is to spin every day they ride. Lots of spinners like to have bigger goals beyond that. I think it's great that you are too, but if you're get overwhelmed at all just remember that main basic goal 🤗
