More training isn't going to fix the ethnic cleansing squad! The problem is that we employ an ethnic cleansing squad that attracts the type of people who would want to be part of an ethnic cleansing squad!

Aber für mich überraschend, dass mit so starker Betonung von Deregulierung und Verhältnismässigkeit operiert wird.
Sollte nicht *Fortschritt* (also im Kontext weniger Risiko) das Ziel einer Revision sein?
Zumindest sähe ich gerne den Nachweis, dass gleich wenig Risiko billiger erreicht wird.

Aber für mich überraschend, dass mit so starker Betonung von Deregulierung und Verhältnismässigkeit operiert wird.
