Bless her! it’s so bad though isn’t it? Booked my train months ago and get to the platform to see it absolutely packed. They closed the doors because it was too full, so a lot of us were told to wait for the next train (in an hour) with no guarantee of getting on that one either! Still waiting 🥲 rip
