The mist was thick this morning. It felt comforting. Wrapped up & unable to see far ahead. It’s ok to take a rest & focus on what’s immediately in front of us a time. The sun will burn away the fog soon enough. For the next few minutes, hours days, give yourself permission to rest.

I want to start posting pics I’ve taken of beauty. Not as distraction but as medicine. Beauty even for a brief moment in all the ugliness that will lift & support.
NOT love & light magically making all the ugly go away, but a place of rest for those fighting with me.
