We sued the Trump administration over the removal of scientific research by private doctors from a government website.

The government cannot censor vital scientific research to advance its political agenda.

BREAKING: The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) agreed to remove the challenged certification requirement from their grant applications — artists will no longer have to attest that they will not “promote gender ideology.”
