My therapist & I agreed that I’d ask my mom to stop giving me updates about my ex. So the last update is how much he misses me & that he thinks I broke up w/him b/c he’s not a democrat. He’s an “all sides are corrupt” kind of guy. 🙄 I don’t know why I tolerated that for so long.
