Thank you! I am genuinely worried about getting a diagnosis in the current state of America, and I hear it can be a nightmare getting one, the one psychiatrist I saw gave my parents transphobic books, America is so so bad about its mental health support

Not diagnosed autistic (but majorly suspect it) and this is a big issue for me too, I also just feel like I’m clicking a script that goes “ask what/why about their interest” until my ADHD takes over and I suddenly say way too much at once and then go super quiet
