This Recipe Tin Eats cashew chicken recipe came out so much better than I dared hope! I swapped around most of the ingredients but left the sauce as specified. So tasty!

Very happy with how this turned out! Crème fraiche mixed with mustard, followed by a layer of thin courgette. Topped with tomato and asparagus! No pre-cook required.

Love this tulip. So different to any I’ve seen before. Reminds me of the Piranha Plant from Super Mario!
