NHC just issued its first Atlantic advisory on an active storm in 20 days, since their last advisory on Fernand on Aug. 28.

All during the typical peak time of hurricane season.

We'll see if future Gabrielle eventually gains steam or struggles. No immediate land threat, regardless.
