Overall, really enjoyed rewatching it. The worst part is their VERY QUESTIONABLE visual stylization of African ppl (and that black samurai character), the stereotypical Indian accent, and the transmisogyny sprinkled throughout the show. So goes the rewatching of older media..

That being said, it is also a creation of it's time, so there's *a lot* of dated humor and imagery. Which is is unfortunate, but so it goes.

It's also very inspiring because seeing smth so iconic have fairly rough writing in the beginning makes it feel more personal. Like, this was a buncha people tryna make smth together, and improving along the way.

I hope that soon enough I won't be afraid to try n create smth on a larger scale

But isn't that magical tho? That a cartoon so legendary, made by someone equally as legendary, could have poor writing in a whole 1st season yet go on to have 3 more seasons because the potential was clearly there?

That practically doesn't exist today.
