It's been such a tonic to read truly lovely stories from folks who saw Star Wars in '77. Pure joy. However, I wanna clarify:

When I say "1977 must not have known what hit it", I mean it must have been so exciting & ground-breaking. I am NOT saying 'people in 1977 were stupid'. Please. Have charity.

*smacks head* "Realism! Of course, I wasn't thinking. Realism is important, especially in a 'grim dark' universe."

"Ah...just one more thing. You just said right now that realism is important to your army. But it just occurred to me...don't you play Orks? Aren't they the silliest army in the game?"

"Oh, of course of course. It's an expensive hobby, you gotta save where you can. I'm sure third party models are just fine. But your female models are...well, they're a lot less revealing than the ones she's shown me. Yours look, well, like you want women on the tabletop ready for a fight."

"My wife is also really into Warhammah Forty Thousand. She explains it to me while she paints her little models and I do the crossword. Anyways, she says that she wishes GW made more female models. But I see a lot of your models, forgive my bluntness, are noticeably female. Could you explain that?"

…I wonder if my DM recognized this as a thing I was actively doing while closeted/stealthed (it happened more than once)
