Everyone has human rights. Competing rights must be balanced. What balance did NHS Fife try to find? Other than telling the nurse to change somewhere else before showing her what trans rights really mean.

Trans ideology has lost many, many cases because it is not based in reality.

I wd maintain it’s not an obsession. More that people see an intersection of trans and reality and know which side is more likely to be right.

If folx are going to accept an unevidenced report of a nurse endangering a patient why won’t they accept a factual report of a health board deciding otherwise?
