MOTHER FUCKING DONE!!! 5 months, 55,998 words and just under 200 pages, the first draft is DONE! Now to print it and give it to my beloved to read, and then fix up any issues and then get to sharing it around. WHOOP WHOOP WHOOP

I chaired a panel at #ClunesBooktown today on Regional #QueerWriters. It was a really lovely and affirming panel and we had one of the audience members in tears. In a good way! Ive come home super energised to continue writing but also knackered. So, it might have to wait til tomorrow instead

So in the midst of all this horror & heartbreak, I'm researching people from 1800-1900 who can be viewed as LGBTQIA+ from Victorian (the Aus state not the time period) papers. It's actually really affirming. There are LOADS of reports of people just like us, from all around the world.

So bananas for the menopausal portion of the world to blame the less than half of 1.5% of the world for a shortage of HRT hormones.
There has been an ongoing shortage of hormone replacement therapy treatments for several years now, and while evidence shows cis women leading increased demand, transphobes have continued to blame the trans community.
