It's unbelievable...10 days have passed since the earthquake, but there are 3100 people still isolated in Ishikawa. They are sheltering themselves at schools and community centers...without much food, water, heating... Why can't the government evacuate them to hotels?

It's unbelievable...10 days have passed since the earthquake, but there are 3100 people still isolated in Ishikawa. They are sheltering themselves at schools and community centers...without much food, water, heating... Why can't the government evacuate them to hotels?
