I really gotta just start making production buildings when im over on wood. I save it for farms but then I have a billion resources I cant spend when I need them. I feel like my gameplay would be so much simpler if instead of trying to perfectly balance food and wood

Discovering my AoE4 APM rarely breaks 50 and is seemingly sitting around 40 is hilarious to me. What the hell do these people be clicking on all the time to get 150 apm. In like 90% of fights I find better unit comp go brrrrrr. Would love to break into plat with <50 apm. Getting closeish

Me when my French opponent mines literally 80% of the maps gold, fails to kill me, and just runs out of gold to make knights and gets steam rolled. Literally spent most of the game just contentijg keeps and gold veins until they ran out after 50 minutes

Playing as the ottomans against the French in aoe4 really is just a race to get to janisasary as quick as possible lol. Then you just have the military campus pump out jannisaries or lancers and the stables sipahi and win. Or die on castle age up to a well timed all in ram push

I think ai will be a great case study in how bad fictionless and immediate design is. The goal of Ai seems to currently be to know what you want as soon as you know. Type a single letter and get the response you wanted.

Had the least earned victory in the world in aoe4 cause this guy decided that he didn't need more than 50 vills. Just fully castle dropped me as english, got over zealous, and then got 20 vills killed. At which point he thought I was done and just kinda sent knights into the pikeman meat grinder

Man I'd love the BTS stuff from the new dropout super fan but also im on the legacy legacy price still and beyond just saving 20 bucks a year it kinda feels cool to just have it. I seem to recall them saying forever ago that eventually updating the sub to a new card forces it to bump the price
