Ok my brain needed a refresher on the fictional characters within it

A creature from Void Stranger that has the tail of a pale snake which opens up to the body & head of a dimmer leech-like creature with at least 3 eyes and a mouth closed in at least 3 segments pointed to a tip. had a regular customer who did this. would always get the exact same order at the exact same time exact same day each week. didn't order even one time in 2024, we never heard a word from him. then in 2025 he started coming around again on a different day, different pizza, and established a new usual
