In the last few months, our prime minister and now three premiers (PEI, NL,YK) have resigned. Not sure what that says, if anything, but I don’t remember so many in such short succession in my lifetime.

Anyway, this is the kind of high quality content you can expect when my 3 year old has a stomach bug and refuses to watch anything but the Monsters Cinematic Universe.

You are valuable. You are loved. Your ability to do the Thing doesn't change any of that. You may need to change your plan, but that doesn't mean it's a worse plan or that you're less important.

And sometimes, for reasons out of your control, it's not enough. And you'll watch other people who don't try as hard get better than you. And you'll keep working and won't be able to get past a certain level of being good at the Thing.

And that doesn't change your worth as a person.
