MRIs, the Human Genome Project, LASIK surgery, and drugs that have saved countless AIDS and covid-19 patients. The Trump budget would institute drastic cuts impacting all of these kinds of advances at the National Science Foundation, the NIH, the CDC and the FDA. They are not working for Americans.
