This is how much education funding is being withheld for #NJ It includes before- and afterschool funding, teacher training, support for English language learners…Congress approved this funding in March. It should have been released July 1.

SOSNJ has long advocated for the end of the NJ high school exit exam requirement. It's time for it to go. Only six states use this regressive policy and it's never been a federal requirement. We thank Senator Turner for her unwavering commitment to end it.
