The Illusion of Gaia, a video game about exploring sites of ancient civilizations is unsurprising accurate about ancient civilizations. Only thing the game does kind of wrong are that the Nazca lines are carved channels rather than painted & that the Inca didn’t have gold boats.

Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom are somewhere in Europe. Crabs are commonly found in sewers in Italy, turtles could live in the sewers of warmer climates than New York. A German company manufactures green pipes. Brick Sewers are common in Europe. Weed gets flushed down the toilet.

Chrono Trigger has Fairly Accurate Time Travel methods. Time Gates function similarly to Traversable Worm Holes. The ship Epoch is not faster than light it could theoretically result in slight time dilation. But time travel to the past probably isn’t possible. (from @auroracosmos.bsky.social)
