I'd be fine with dis-establishment, but personally, I'd still want to pray before each session if I held the responsibility they do. At the very least to remind myself and my colleagues that there are loyalties that are greater and last longer than party lines or personal advancement.

There's a multi-faith prayer room and attendance at prayers is in no way compulsory.
